The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran has announced the 32nd International Khwarizmi Award of the Iranian Science and Technology Organization.

The main objective of the competition, which is held each year, is to evaluate the efforts of researchers and inventors who have achieved significant results in various fields of science and technology.

International Award covers Information Technology, Electronics and Computer Science, Green Technology, Industrial and Technological Management, Medical Sciences and Nanotechnologies, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology and other science fields.

The contest has been supported by international organizations such as “COMSATS”, “ECO”, “ELSEVIER”, “ICARDA”, “IORARCSTT”, “TWAS”, “UNIDO”, “UNESCO”, “WAITRO, “WIPO” for over 31 years .

Candidates for the award can be presented by a scientific institution they are working on. Applications must be submitted in English.

Reception of materials takes place on November 20. The winners of the International Mention Award will be announced in December. The awarding ceremony will be held in February 2019.
