The event was organized by the Trade Unions Committee of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS on March 8 – International Women’s Day. Director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Misir Mardanov opened the event. He congratulated the ladies on the occasion of the holiday and wished them happiness, strong health, family happiness and success in their work.

Then, the People’s Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nureddin Mehdikhanli congratulated the staff of the institute with the poem “The first love is not forgotten” and with pleasant words.

Finally, gifts were presented to the ladies.
