Deputy director of IMM on scientific affairs, corr. member of ANAS prof. V. Guliyev and ass. prof. of “Mathematical Analysis” department of IMM, Zaman Safarov’s joint paper within the I Azerbaijan-Russia joint international grant competition was published.

The paper was published in 0.828 higher impact journal “Integral Transforms and Special Functions” reviewed on the international “Clarivate Analytics” In the paper “Characterization of the commutator of fractional maximum operator determined in Carnot groups in generalized Morrey spaces” weak and strong Spanne-Guliyev, Adams-Guliyev and Gunavan type criteria for boundedness of fractional maximum operator in generalized Morrey spaces were obtained.

As an application of these results, criteria for boundedness of fractional maximum commutator in generalized Morrey spaces were given.
