On 13.09.2019, at 11:00 a seminar of “Mathematical Analysis” department “Modern problems of harmonic analysis and applications” was held. At the seminar the associate professor of Department of Mathematics of Azerbaijan Technical University Ogtay Giyas oglu Azizov gave a talk on “Single and double layers potentials on smooth and nonsmooth surfaces”.
In the talk, the Hölder continuity of the single and double layer potentials on smooth and nonsmooth surfaces was discussed.
