The defense of master’s theses of the first masters of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was held today.

The dissertations was defended by the guidance of dean of the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Baku State University, Professor Nizamaddin Iskendarov.

It should be noted that the masters carried out their scientific research under the guidance of corresponding members of ANAS, professors Misir Mardanov, Bilal Bilalov, Vagif Guliyev and Professor Akbar Aliyev.

Sabina Jafarova, Gulgayat Dadashova defended their dissertation on the specialty “Mathematical Analysis”, Yetar Farhadova on the specialty “Differential Equations” and Narmin Shirinova s on the specialty “Mathematical theory of optimal processes”.

Defense has been successfully completed.
