At the meeting of the dissertation Council D.01.111 holding the defense of phil. doctor and doctor of sciences dissertations, Elchin Mammadov defended his phil. doctor dissertation “Integral operators of harmonic analysis in functional spaces determined in the terms of local characteristcs of functions” by the specialty 1202.01 Analysis and functional analysis. The results were reflected in 16 papers.

The work was positively evaluated by the Dissertation Council.
