The paper coauthored by the deputy director of IMM, corr. member of ANAS, prof. Vagif Guliyev and candidate for a doctor of sciences degree, ass. prof. of Ganja state University Sabir Hasanov and supported by Scientific Studies Program of the Presidium of ANAS within the project “Modern problems of harmonic analysis in local Morrey –type spaces and applications” was published. The paper was published in 1.381 high impact factor journal “Analysis and Mathematical Physics” reviewed in “Clarivate Analytics” international base.

In the paper called “Fractional maximum function and its commutator in Orlicz space”, necessary and sufficient conditions for boundedness of M_α fractional maximum operator were obtained. As application of these results, when  M_b,_α fractional maximum commutator and [b, M_α] nonlinear fractional maximum commutator is from b Lipschits space, criteria for boundedness in Orlicz space and some new characteristics of Lipschits space were given.
