The paper of the head of “Non-harmonic analysis” department of IMM, corr. member of ANAS, prof. B. Bilalov was published in 0,62 higher impact factor journal “Siberian Mathematical Journal” referenced in “Clarivate Analytics” international base.

The paper “The basicity of the perturbed system of exponents in Morrey-type spaces” deals with perturbed system of exponents exp(i(n-βsignn)t), n∈Z, when β is some complex parameter. For studying basicity properties of this system in Morrey-type spaces, a boundary value method was worked out and criteria with respect to the β-parameter were obtained.

It should be noted that the basicity criteria in the Morrey space differs from the basicity criteria in the Lebesqua space.
