On June 4, at IMM of NASA the institute seminar on the theme “Generalization of the frame and its stability” was held. The collaborator of “Non-harmonic analysis” department cand. of phys. math. sci. Migdad Ismailov featured a report.

Note that lately there is a great interest to studying frames from the practical point of view. The stability problem and the renewal formula on frames are important problems.
