On November 16, 2018, at 14.00 at the meeting of the dissertation council D.01.111 holding the defense of philosophy doctor and doctor of sciences degree dissertations “Samin Telman oglu Melik” will defend his philosophy doctor dissertation “Dynamic systems and Necessary conditions for optimality in some delay systems” by the specialty 1214.01 “Dynamic systems and Optimal Control”.
