On may 30, 2019, at 10:30 the “Optimal Control” department of IMM will held its regular seminar. The head of the laboratory “Mathematical problems of control” of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, prof. of ANAS, doctor of mathematics Ilgar Gurbat oglu Mamedov will give a talk on “Differentiation and integration of fractional order and illustrative examples and problems about them”.

At the beginning, the report will talk about the basic models of differential equations that have great practical values in mathematical physics and mathematical biology, and their formal representation using a fractional derivative. Then illustrative examples of differentiation and integration of fractional order in the sense of Riemann-Liouville and Caputo will be demonstrated. There will also be talked about specific questions about solutions within the framework of given conditions of differential equations of fractional order.
